The supervisor must balance hands‑on field support with administrative duties, maintain flexibility, and provide strong leadership presence. Effective communication with customers, technicians, and internal stakeholders is essential to ensure safety and quality. • Supervise and support a team of approximately 24 case cleaning technicians working overnight and on the road • Serve as primary point of contact for technicians regarding scheduling, job expectations, performance, and issue resolution • Ensure technicians complete refrigeration case cleaning and preventive maintenance to quality and safety standards • Monitor productivity, attendance, time management, and job completion metrics • Assist with onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of technicians • Troubleshoot field issues, staffing challenges, customer concerns, and service disruptions • Communicate regularly with Operations Management about team performance, scheduling needs, and operational challenges • Use basic Microsoft Word and Excel to generate reports, track performance, manage documentation, and communicate updates • Conduct field visits, audits, and ride‑alongs as needed to ensure quality, safety, and compliance • Promote and enforce company safety policies and procedures • Represent BFC Solutions professionally with customers and internal stakeholders • Work primarily overnight hours with some daytime responsibilities such as meetings, reporting, and follow‑up tasks

What You Bring
The Case Cleaning Supervisor leads a team of approximately 24 technicians, overseeing day‑to‑day field operations, service quality, productivity, and safety compliance. This self‑motivated, results‑driven role requires strong communication, organized problem‑solving, and hands‑on leadership, while working overnight schedules and traveling up to three weeks per month. Prior HVAC/R experience is not required, but familiarity with field service or facilities maintenance is a plus. • Proven leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in field service, facilities maintenance, or operations • Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team of 20+ employees • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with technicians, customers, and leadership • Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities • High level of self‑motivation, organization, and accountability • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Willingness to work overnight schedules and travel minimum three weeks per month • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record • Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, facilities maintenance, or related field service operations (preferred) • Previous experience managing remote or traveling teams (preferred) • Familiarity with preventive maintenance or service‑based operations (preferred) • Travel lodging and per diem when required
