About the Role

Provide direction and management for all project phases to assure on‑time completion within budget and contractual obligations. The role involves planning and defining project goals, devising methods to achieve them while adhering to contract terms and corporate policies, and developing an in‑depth understanding of client objectives. Continuous monitoring, coordination, and documentation of project flow ensure customer satisfaction and alignment with corporate objectives. As the project manager, you will own customer sales orders and projects typically valued over $100,000, serving as the single point of contact from award through equipment installation and start‑up. Responsibilities include gathering all project information, tracking progress in SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel, and creating budgets, schedules, and design criteria that meet or exceed established goals. You will mobilize engineering and documentation support, coordinate purchasing and sub‑vendors, and act as the company representative with customers and vendors. You will monitor and report project milestones, flag any conditions affecting cost or schedule, and negotiate scope changes while identifying opportunities for additional work. Action plans will be devised to address potential cost overruns, and you will promote technical excellence and the Quality Improvement Process throughout the project lifecycle. What You Bring
