About the Role
The Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to department managers and coordinates daily operations. Key duties include troubleshooting safety, service and operational issues, maintaining and distributing departmental information, acting as the KRONOS proxy for driver updates, and using Microsoft Suite and other tools for procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incident tracking, and contract‑labor management. • Maintain and share daily departmental updates. • Act as KRONOS proxy for driver and helper schedule changes. • Utilize Microsoft Suite for procurement, time‑and‑attendance, safety incidents, and contract‑labor tasks. • Assist with payment processing and operational project rollout. • Communicate service issues to customers and schedule details to employees. • Perform document filing, parts/supply ordering, and inventory control.

The position offers a pay range of $20‑$24 per hour and a Monday‑Friday shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The role requires monthly travel to the Charleston office with mileage reimbursement.
