About the Role
The firm is hiring a Project Controls Lead for a large‑scale data‑center development in Tulsa County, Oklahoma. The role is responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards, by managing cost and schedule performance, overseeing risk, and providing executive‑level reporting. • Develop and maintain detailed cost plans, budgets, and forecasts aligned with project scope and contracts. • Monitor and control project costs, track actuals versus forecasts, and implement corrective actions. • Prepare cost reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards with clear recommendations. • Review and validate change orders, ensuring proper documentation and cost impact analysis. • Support procurement by analyzing bids, validating cost data, and ensuring commercial compliance. • Coordinate invoicing, accrual reporting, and financial closeout with finance and procurement teams. • Maintain benchmarking data, historical cost records, and lessons learned for continuous improvement. • Assist in schedule development, integrate cost and schedule data, and track performance. • Monitor schedule progress, identify potential delays, and assess impacts on cost and contingency planning. • Provide regular status updates and executive presentations on cost, schedule, risks, and recommended actions. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, company procedures, regulatory requirements, and conduct audits. • Adhere to applicable SOX control responsibilities where required.

What You Bring
• Ability to work onsite in Tulsa, Oklahoma. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. • 7+ years of project controls experience with strong cost management and scheduling expertise. • Proven ability to integrate cost and schedule on large‑scale construction projects, preferably data centers. • Advanced proficiency with cost management tools, financial forecasting systems, and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project). • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills. • Excellent communication and senior‑stakeholder presentation abilities. • Preferred PMP, PMI‑SP, AACE, or RICS accreditation. • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
