About the Role
The Project Manager will lead multiple projects in close coordination with account and program management, executing them in strict accordance with budget, schedule, and scope defined in customer contracts. Key responsibilities include managing projects from order receipt to close‑out, defining scope, work‑break‑down structure, schedule, risk and commercial plans, and leading cross‑functional teams. The manager will resolve issues, communicate expectations clearly, handle scope changes and risks with mitigation strategies, prepare executive progress reports, and oversee regular project meetings. Additional duties involve identifying revenue opportunities, supporting the sales process, conducting onsite assessments for generator set installations, promoting compliance with the Global Code of Conduct, and performing special projects. • Lead and deliver multiple projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and contract scope. • Define project scope, work breakdown structure, schedule, risk, and commercial plans. • Manage cross‑functional teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate expectations to internal and external stakeholders. • Proactively handle scope changes, crises, and risks with mitigation and contingency plans. • Prepare and present regular progress reports and status meetings to executive management. • Identify additional revenue opportunities and support the sales process. • Conduct onsite assessments and coordinate generator set installations with contractors. • Promote compliance with the Global Code of Conduct and execute special projects as needed.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Project Management, possess a passport, and be willing to travel internationally. Required experience is a minimum of five years in engineering or project management (or nine years in project management). Preferred qualifications include strong knowledge of power‑generation engineering principles, proficiency with MS Office, ACAD, Windchill, IEC drawings, experience on large data‑center projects, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. • Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or Project Management with at least 5 years of relevant experience (or 9 years project management experience) and a valid passport. • Demonstrate strong knowledge of power‑generation engineering, MS Office, ACAD, Windchill, IEC drawings, and large data‑center projects. • Exhibit excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking, and time‑management skills. • Be willing to travel internationally and work remotely from the US.
