About the Role

• Produce system specifications, detailed designs, unit test plans, and deployment notes following Oracle AIM methodology. • Facilitate functional, integration, regression, and user‑acceptance testing to meet SLA commitments. • Coordinate with onsite and offshore developers to ensure solutions are delivered on‑time, first‑time‑right, and within budget. • Enforce release, change, and configuration management standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Build and deploy reports, interfaces, conversions, extensions, and workflows to enhance Oracle EBS/VCP functionality. • Diagnose and resolve production incidents promptly; perform routine maintenance and performance monitoring. • Automate and sustain integrations between Oracle EBS/VCP and external applications. • Lead planning and execution of Oracle EBS/VCP upgrades, including family packs and service requests with My Oracle Support. • Define and champion design standards, best practices, and modeling techniques such as use‑case and data‑flow diagrams.

What You Bring

The IT ERP Analyst III designs and delivers solutions for Regal’s Manufacturing business, requiring deep techno‑functional expertise in Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules (INV, BOM, WIP, Costing) and familiarity with Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Demantra, and Inventory Optimization. The analyst ensures on‑time, first‑time‑right delivery of complex projects, resolves production incidents within SLAs, conducts root‑cause analysis, monitors system performance, and coaches team members while collaborating with global stakeholders. • Minimum eight years of experience with Oracle EBS Manufacturing modules and at least two full‑lifecycle implementations. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or APICS certification preferred. • Expertise in Oracle E‑Business Suite APIs, RICEW/CEMLI development, Forms, XML Publisher, OA Framework, SQL, PL/SQL, and bulk processing. • Proficient with SQL*Plus, Data Loader, TOAD, PL/SQL Developer, version‑control tools; UNIX shell scripting desirable. • Knowledge of Oracle AIM and supply‑chain industry certifications; experience with Oracle EBS R12 Discrete Manufacturing modules preferred.
