About the Role
The Maintenance Technician role supports the daily upkeep of community properties, handling maintenance, repairs, preventative tasks, and make‑ready turnover under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager. • Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance for community areas, buildings, and units. • Respond promptly to resident and management work orders and service requests. • Conduct make‑ready turnover tasks and assist with unit inspections. • Maintain swimming pool cleanliness and accurate chemical logs. • Perform daily inspections of grounds, buildings, and common areas to identify hazards. • Keep the maintenance shop organized, stocked, and compliant with OSHA safety standards. • Support the Maintenance Supervisor with inventory monitoring and hazard communication programs. • Record service requests, EPA/OSHA compliance, preventative maintenance, and make‑ready status. • Provide excellent customer service, monitor request turnaround, and enforce community policies. • Participate in on‑call emergency response and work overtime, weekends, or nights as needed.

What You Bring
• Meet physical requirements: lift/move objects 100+ lb, climb ladders, work in tight spaces, and operate power tools. • Hold a high school diploma or equivalent and basic computer skills; knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA regulations. • Possess reliable transportation for emergency on‑call duties.

Benefits
