About the Role
An assembler is responsible for building and assembling connector components with precision and efficiency, following detailed specifications and quality standards. The role involves using hand tools, inspecting parts for accuracy, and ensuring products meet customer and company requirements. • Assemble connector components according to detailed specifications and work instructions. • Read and interpret assembly diagrams and part lists to ensure accuracy. • Use hand tools and small equipment to fit, fasten, and secure parts. • Inspect completed assemblies for quality and compliance with standards. • Complete production and quality check documentation. • Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe to support efficiency. • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals. • Follow assembly instructions, diagrams, and work orders accurately. • Apply strong attention to detail to meet exact specifications. • Perform quality checks and accurately document results.
