About the Role
The Maintenance Supervisor leads the community’s maintenance program, overseeing staff, vendors and daily operations to keep properties safe, functional and responsive to resident needs. • Coordinate and complete resident service requests, work orders and preventative maintenance tasks daily. • Inspect grounds, buildings and common areas to identify and correct hazardous conditions. • Manage maintenance inventory, order supplies within budget and maintain a stocked, OSHA‑compliant shop. • Supervise, train, schedule and evaluate maintenance staff, providing coaching and performance feedback. • Ensure compliance with EPA, OSHA, and Fair Housing laws; maintain accurate service and safety records. • Lead on‑call emergency response and assist with office, common area and model unit upkeep.

What You Bring
• Required certifications: EPA and CPO; HVAC experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent. • Must be able to lift or move objects of 100+ lb, work in confined spaces, navigate stairs and ladders, and be available for overtime, weekends and night on‑call duties. • Reliable transportation is required for emergency response.

Benefits
