About the Role

The Lead Cashier is accountable for cash and electronic transactions. This role involves managing the cash handling process and ensuring accuracy across shifts. • Oversee all cashiers to make sure work is completed appropriately • Accept accountability for cash transactions • Assure all transactions are accounted for correctly • Train new associates on Point of Sale (POS) systems • Count down cash drawer with previous shift lead present to ensure accurate counts and reporting • Check in with cashiers, no less than once an hour, for drops and change needs • Provide customer service and information to patrons and prep for next shift, including money audits, supply checks, and verifying paperwork • Ensure quality service, customer satisfaction, clean facility areas, and a safe work environment

What You Bring

This position is suitable for individuals entering the workforce or returning with limited experience and education.
