About the Role
• Study and document construction data workflows to uncover pain points and improvement opportunities. • Contribute to research frameworks and design guidelines for UX challenges in AEC. • Analyze interview, observation, and usage data to extract themes and actionable insights. • Conduct contextual inquiries to define user needs, goals, and contexts. • Create research reports, user journey maps, and workflow diagrams for cross‑functional teams. • Serve as a bridge between research findings and design/engineering implementation. • Prototype design concepts to test hypotheses and communicate potential solutions. • Apply user research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and contextual inquiry. • Use design and prototyping tools like Figma or Sketch to produce high‑fidelity concepts. • Synthesize research results into clear design implications and communicate rationale effectively. • Manage multiple research workstreams independently.
