What You Bring
• Communicate design ideas verbally and visually through concepts, sketches, prototypes, and high‑fidelity designs to diverse stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not‑for‑profit, in‑person university or college. • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and sharp design thinking across deep experiences. • Experience with Figma. • Experience conducting user testing and summarizing insights. • Skilled in clearly communicating design ideas and rationale—verbally and visually. • Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. • Knowledge of accessibility standards with a commitment to inclusive design practices. • Curiosity to explore emerging design tools and technologies and passion for continuous growth as a designer. • 1+ year of professional product design experience through internships or full‑time work. • Highly skilled in building Figma components, prototypes, and Dev Mode specifications. • Ability to translate insights into design improvements.
