About the Role
The Operations Command Center Manager will oversee the 24x7 command center at JLL's Pune premises, providing comprehensive monitoring of employee transport operations and workplace services. This role ensures vehicle safety, real‑time alert management, and rapid response to incidents across all operational areas. Key duties include implementing transport governance across multiple sites, managing a hybrid workplace helpdesk for APAC, coordinating emergency response and critical building system alerts, and supervising the Corrigo work order system while tracking performance indicators. The manager will also recruit, train, and mentor command center staff, and produce detailed incident reports and regular management dashboards. • Oversee 24x7 command center operations for transport and workplace services in Pune. • Monitor vehicle safety parameters and respond to real‑time alerts and incidents. • Implement transport governance and conduct self‑verification for compliance. • Manage hybrid workplace helpdesk across APAC, ensuring SLA compliance. • Coordinate emergency response and critical building system alerts. • Supervise Corrigo work order system, tracking KPIs and service level targets. • Recruit, train, and mentor command center staff across shifts. • Prepare incident investigation reports and regular management dashboards. • Provide inputs for monthly regional management reporting.

What You Bring
