About the Role

The HR Coordinator will act as a conduit between leaders, employees, candidates and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient, timely HR service delivery and supporting the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, case management, reporting and HR initiatives. • Coordinate HR activities across the project, ensuring timely delivery and compliance. • Build effective relationships with business leaders and provide coaching on HR procedures. • Manage recruitment and resourcing tasks, including pre‑employment checks, approvals, internal transfers, and mobility. • Oversee onboarding of new starters and support hiring managers throughout the process. • Assist the HR team with case management, terminations, redundancies and demobilisation. • Prepare accurate reports on recruitment, new hires, monthly HR metrics and turnover. • Maintain and update all project HR systems, documentation and records to meet legal and best‑practice standards. • Organise HR events, support organisational development, training and other HR initiatives. • Provide ad‑hoc HR services and support as directed by the HR Manager.

The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV) is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to support the full employee life‑cycle and 360 HR activities across the project. • Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in Business, Human Resources or a related field. • Minimum two years’ experience delivering contemporary HR services in a large, project‑based or fast‑paced environment, preferably with construction engineering exposure. • Solid understanding of relevant legislation, employment laws and HR best practices. • Proven ability to manage challenging stakeholders, juggle competing priorities and deliver results. • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal and customer‑focused skills. • Highly organized with strong time‑management, planning and prioritisation abilities. • Ability to handle confidential HR information with discretion. • Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in HR systems and records.
