About the Role

The Lead Electrician will install, maintain, and repair power and security systems in compliance with the NEC, Department of State regulations, and contract requirements. Responsibilities include installing and dressing electrical panels, terminating circuits, pulling and routing conductors, and performing conduit installation and bending per project specifications. The role also requires operating power tools, man lifts, reading schematics, leading project teams, and conducting quality checks while adhering to safety procedures. • Install, maintain, and repair power and security systems per NEC and Department of State regulations. • Install and dress electrical panels, terminate branch and feeder circuits, and manually pull and route conductors. • Perform conduit installation, including EMT and RGS, and execute precise conduit bending to project specifications. • Operate power tools, drills, saws, conduit benders, and aerial equipment such as man lifts safely. • Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and electrical drawings to execute installations accurately. • Lead project teams by providing technical guidance, organizing work sequencing, and conducting quality checks. • Enforce safety procedures and maintain professionalism in U.S. government facilities overseas.
