About the Role
Join the Hilton team as an Owner Team Executive on the Direct Inside Sales team, where you will apply strong customer service and sales skills to support the Spirit of Service culture. This role focuses on building relationships with existing vacation club owners and driving growth through strategic sales initiatives. In this position you will work exclusively with warm leads, contacting owners by phone, helping them expand their ownership points, and offering purchase recommendations guided by a structured sales process. Acting as the professional voice of the company, you will aim to maximize net sales volume while upholding ethical standards. • Contact existing, qualified vacation club owners via telephone (no in‑person sales). • Assist owners in building portfolios by purchasing additional ownership points. • Provide purchase recommendations using a detailed sales process. • Generate maximum net sales volume while representing the company ethically.
