About the Role
The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) will generate profitable sales from the Pump & Power division’s equipment, including large generators, air compressors, temperature control units, and desiccant dehumidifiers. The role serves the commercial market, targeting customers who use equipment for short‑term or long‑term projects across industries such as construction, industrial coating, power plants, event services, healthcare, and education. • Generate profitable sales of large generators, air compressors, temperature control units, and desiccant dehumidifiers. • Target commercial customers across construction, industrial coating, power plants, event services, healthcare, education, and related sectors. • Deliver presentations and business reviews to management. • Participate in extensive on‑the‑job training and career advancement programs.

What You Bring
Candidates must have B2B direct sales and/or project management experience in the equipment industry. A background in power generation and testing equipment is highly desirable, along with strong project management, new‑business development, and customer‑retention skills.
