About the Role
The Programme Director will be accountable for safe execution and leadership of a large, multi‑disciplinary programme under a framework agreement with Abu Dhabi’s largest developer. This programme spans essential infrastructure, transportation networks, utilities, residential housing, educational facilities, mosques and urban infill projects, aiming to shape thriving communities and deliver high‑quality built environment outcomes. • Lead and manage a large multi‑disciplinary programme team in line with company policies and procedures • Develop, implement, and monitor the overall programme budget and schedule • Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental performance throughout the programme • Conduct commercial negotiation and strategic management of consultants and contractors • Maintain client liaison and management responsibilities • Oversee day‑to‑day management of KBR staff • Provide project management reporting to the client • Maintain commercial awareness • Promote HSE awareness

What You Bring
Candidates must hold a BSc in construction management, engineering, architecture or equivalent, with at least 25 years of overall experience and 12 years in senior project roles. Minimum five years of regional experience in the Middle East, professional chartership (CEng, MICE or MIStructE), and fluency in English (Arabic advantageous) are required, along with strong report writing and MS Office skills. • Demonstrate strong leadership capabilities • Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills
