About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued customers. You will play a critical role in handling all Plumbing/HVAC service calls—whether it's a leaky sink or a faulty boiler, you’ll guarantee they are taken care of. This opportunity is a great way to get your foot in the door and grow. In this role you will answer and dictate customer calls, listening and asking questions to uncover the root of the problem. You will ensure a top‑of‑the‑line customer experience by working efficiently and documenting detailed, accurate information in our ServiceTitan HVAC/Plumbing software. Computer savvy is required. • Answer incoming service calls and accurately document issues in ServiceTitan. • Listen actively, ask probing questions, and diagnose root causes of plumbing/HVAC problems. • Deliver a top‑tier customer experience by working efficiently and professionally. • Remain calm and supportive when handling upset or frustrated customers. • Prioritize and assess calls quickly to ensure timely service dispatch.
