About the Role
The incumbent will measure and publish facility performance metrics, maintain accurate equipment and spare‑part metadata in the CMMS, and develop preventive maintenance plans, schedules, and work packages. They will manage work orders from creation through closure, support management in reviewing work‑order data, and drive materials‑management processes including requisitions, purchase orders, cycle counts, and 5S store standards. Additionally, the planner will coach staff on CMMS best practices and collaborate with the facilities team to reduce costs and improve parts quality. • Publish facility performance metrics and recommend process improvements. • Maintain accurate equipment and spare‑part metadata, including barcoding, in the CMMS. • Create, schedule, and close work orders, preventive maintenance plans, and routes. • Manage spare‑part inventory, supplier data, pricing, and conduct cycle counts. • Generate requisitions and purchase orders, and uphold 5S standards in the store. • Provide CMMS training and coach staff on best practices. • Analyze work‑order data for labor hours, parts usage, and closing codes. • Collaborate with management to reduce costs and enhance parts quality.

What You Bring
Candidates must hold at least an associate degree in business administration, information systems, engineering or a related field (high school diploma minimum) and have 1‑3+ years of experience in a maintenance distribution or manufacturing environment. Required expertise includes 4+ years working with enterprise asset management software—Infor EAM is highly desired—along with 2+ years of data analysis in asset management and spare‑part optimization. Strong communication skills, self‑driven organization, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced team are essential; preferred skills include Microsoft Office, preventive maintenance knowledge, and skilled‑trade training. • Required: Associate degree (or high school diploma) and 1‑3+ years maintenance/distribution experience. • Required: 4+ years enterprise asset management software experience (Infor EAM preferred). • Required: 2+ years data analysis in asset management and spare‑part optimization. • Strong written and verbal communication; self‑driven and organized. • Preferred: Microsoft Office, preventive/predictive maintenance knowledge, skilled‑trade training.
