What You Bring

In this role you will understand and proficiently operate assigned machines and presses, troubleshoot machinery problems, and identify and tag tubs according to shop orders. You will also perform quality control and document all parts run on machines, retrieve and enter data into the SAP system, and inventory components and supplies to ensure efficient production. Maintaining clean and safe work areas and handling other duties as assigned are also required. This position does not include relocation assistance and is limited to candidates residing within 50 miles of Reno, NV. Applicants must live in the immediate area to be considered. Candidates should have prior experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least six months operating forming or bending machines and six months reading drawings or blueprints. Experience confirming that parts meet specifications using measuring tools is also required. Success in this role depends on the ability to operate machinery and presses safely, accurately interpret and produce parts from blueprints and shop drawings, and identify various gauges and raw material types. The employee must be able to read tape measures, scales, and calipers, work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision, stand continuously during shifts, and regularly lift 35 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation. Wearing required personal protective equipment as dictated by company policy is mandatory. • Must reside within 50 mi of Reno, NV; no relocation assistance • Minimum 6 months experience with forming/bending machines and reading blueprints • Skilled in measuring tools to verify parts against specifications • Ability to safely lift 35 lb, stand continuously, and wear PPE • Work effectively in a team with minimal supervision
