About the Role
The Field Service Engineer (FSE) is responsible for addressing all service‑related issues at customer sites, performing system installations, providing training to customers and new engineers, and completing documentation for reliability tracking and billing. What You Bring
Candidates should have an associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. A strong mechanical aptitude is required, and the role prefers experience repairing semiconductor manufacturing equipment, especially etch tools. Senior-level applicants need 3–5+ years of relevant experience, while Field Service Engineer II candidates should have 1–3+ years. Travel to customer sites is expected as part of the service duties. Effective customer interaction and communication skills are essential. The FSE must be able to resolve difficult technical issues and devise long‑term solutions for ongoing service challenges. • Possess strong mechanical aptitude and experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment (preferably etch) • Senior candidates require 3–5+ years; Engineer II candidates require 1–3+ years of relevant experience • Hold an associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Demonstrate excellent customer interface and communication skills

Benefits
The role is designated as Customer Onsite and requires 100% presence at the customer site. Expected base pay ranges from $25.51 to $42.84 per hour, with potential additional incentive pay or allowances.
