About the Role

The Privileged Access Management (PAM) Analyst is responsible for the hands‑on technical operation, administration, monitoring, and continuous improvement of WM’s PAM program. The role secures privileged credentials, session monitoring, non‑human accounts, and just‑in‑time access across on‑premises, cloud, and hybrid environments, partnering with infrastructure, application, cloud, DevOps, and audit teams to enforce least‑privilege and Zero Trust models. • Configure and manage password vaults, credential rotation policies, access workflows, and session recording. • Onboard and oversee privileged, non‑human, and application accounts. • Support privileged access use cases for Windows, Unix/Linux, databases, and cloud platforms. • Implement just‑in‑time and time‑bound privileged access controls. • Integrate PAM with Active Directory, LDAP, AWS, Azure, GCP, and SaaS applications. • Connect PAM to IGA platforms, SIEM tools, and ticketing systems. • Automate onboarding and privileged‑access workflows via APIs. • Investigate PAM alerts and assist in incident‑response for privilege‑access misuse. • Ensure compliance with SOX, SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI, and HIPAA audit requirements. • Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and standard operating procedures. • Perform platform upgrades, patching, and configuration changes. • Identify and develop scripting or automation solutions to reduce manual processes. • Provide on‑call support for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field is required, together with at least three years of relevant experience; four additional years of experience may substitute for the degree. Preferred candidates have a background in network, host, data, or application security across multiple operating‑system environments. Professional certifications are not mandatory, but an Okta Certified Administrator credential is preferred. Other desirable certifications include CWSP, CISA, GIAC, CCNA, CCNP, CCSP, and MSCE. Required knowledge includes Windows, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, and cloud infrastructure, as well as scripting or automation skills such as PowerShell, Python, or REST APIs. Candidates should possess strong communication, collaboration, problem‑solving, and critical‑thinking abilities and be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. The position may require a REAL ID or TSA‑approved alternative for air travel or access to federal property.
