About the Role
Reporting to the APAC L&D Associate Director, this role supports the design, implementation, and management of learning initiatives that boost employee skills, performance, and career growth, aligning development with company goals. The position acts as a key link between HR and strategic business needs across Asia, identifying skill gaps, creating materials, delivering training, and evaluating effectiveness. • Communicate and embed the regional L&D strategy across Asia in partnership with senior L&D and HR leaders. • Develop a cohesive, structured L&D offering for all disciplines and role levels in the region. • Evaluate training effectiveness, analyse feedback, and measure return on investment. • Tailor and deploy global L&D initiatives for Asia, updating internal databases as needed. • Design, deliver, and assess learning programs that build capability and drive performance outcomes. • Create engaging training materials, e‑learning content, and blended learning solutions for diverse audiences. • Manage Learning Management System (LMS) and use data analytics to monitor and report learning outcomes. • Support organisational change through learning interventions that build readiness and adoption of new processes or systems. • Build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with leaders, teams, external providers, and multiple stakeholders. • Manage multiple L&D projects, priorities, and timelines while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

What You Bring
• Hold professional qualifications in Training & Assessment, Administration or Human Resources (preferred) and at least 8 years’ experience, including 3‑5 years in L&D within large, complex organizations. • Demonstrate strong understanding of Asian cultural nuances and experience working in cross‑matrix organisations.
