About the Role
• Propose solutions for retention, employee relations, performance management, terminations, team‑building, conflict resolution, and career development. • Conduct new‑hire orientations and lead integration planning for employees at all levels. • Serve as the benefits point‑of‑contact, responding to queries and educating staff on benefit programs. • Manage leaves of absence, including FMLA and workers’ compensation. • Develop and facilitate multiple training programs. • Lead special projects with region‑wide or company‑wide impact.

What You Bring
• 8+ years of HR experience, including employee relations. • Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Human Resources or a related field. • Willingness to travel approximately 20% regionally with occasional overnight trips. • Knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws. • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HRIS systems. • Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. • Excellent organization, multi‑tasking, and follow‑through in a fast‑paced environment. • Collaborative mindset with ability to maintain confidentiality and provide top‑tier client service. • PHR/SPHR or SHRM‑CP/SCP certification strongly preferred.
