About the Role
The role is responsible for directing the development and execution of detailed maintenance, surveillance and modification schedules for an assigned work week, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, online risk profiles, and Clean Energy Center procedures while coordinating across departments and project managers. • Develop and coordinate detailed weekly schedules for corrective, preventative, surveillance, and modification activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and maintenance rules. • Oversee execution of the work‑week schedule, maintaining online risk profiles and safety standards with minimal oversight. • Provide direction to planners, schedulers, project managers, and support staff to achieve accurate schedule execution. • Meet Work Management Process Key Indicators and manage priority emergent work. • Analyze scheduling performance data and produce weekly performance reports for the Performance Accountability Review (PAR) meeting. • Assist in forced outage coordination and support emergency response, departmental coverage, and outage activities as needed. • Coach, mentor, and develop members of the work‑management organization.

What You Bring
Success in the position requires strong leadership experience from prior operations supervisory or managerial roles, the ability to mentor and coach work‑management personnel, and the capacity to manage emergent work, performance analysis, and outage coordination. • Work Week Manager qualification: High school diploma/GED plus 6 years related experience; meet access and medical requirements. • Sr Work Week Manager qualification: High school diploma/GED plus 8 years related experience; supervisory or managerial experience; proven leadership in ops shift or maintenance roles; meet access and medical requirements. • Preferred: Prior nuclear industry experience. • Preferred: Strong PC scheduling expertise. • Preferred: Current or prior Senior Reactor Operator license/certification. • Preferred: Engineering or technical degree.

The Work Week Manager position is offered at two levels – Work Week Manager and Sr Work Week Manager – with salary ranges of $126,900‑$141,000 and $138,600‑$154,000 respectively, both accompanied by the full benefits package.
