About the Role

The specialist will engage with external industry communities such as Tableau, Alteryx, and Databricks to stay current on new analytical techniques. They will develop proof‑of‑concepts, transform them into sustainable processes, and integrate solutions into the Business Intelligence Analytics Team’s operating framework. Key responsibilities include designing end‑to‑end analytical solutions, translating business requirements into insightful dashboards, and mentoring Business Intelligence Analysts and Senior Analysts. The specialist will also lead development tasks, support personal development goals, and collaborate across accounts to benefit the wider JLL BI community. Day‑to‑day duties involve leading technical development of complex BI initiatives, liaising with senior stakeholders, and working within sprint teams using agile methods. The role requires iterative design, feedback loops, identification of new analytics technologies, and active participation in internal and external BI communities. • Develop end‑to‑end analytical solutions and sustainable dashboards for complex business initiatives. • Mentor and coach Business Intelligence Analysts and Senior Analysts. • Lead technical development and sprint teams, ensuring iterative design and stakeholder communication. • Create and transform proof‑of‑concepts into reusable processes using Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks, etc. • Identify and evaluate new analytics technologies and techniques. • Contribute to the Business Intelligence strategy and drive growth in revenue, compliance, and productivity.

What You Bring

Desired capabilities encompass deep expertise in data visualisation, proficiency with Tableau and Alteryx, and the ability to adopt emerging tools like predictive modelling, Generative AI, and Human‑Centred Design. Strong communication, strategic thinking, customer management, and team‑building skills are essential. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in BI, computer science, econometrics, operations research, statistics, or equivalent experience, and have at least six years of relevant work experience. Fluency in English, experience in complex corporate environments, and a track record of delivering innovative BI solutions are required. • Require ≥6 years experience in BI/data analysis, strong Tableau and Alteryx skills, and a degree in a related field. • Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic thinking abilities. • Experience with agile project management and enterprise data warehouses.
