About the Role

The position sets up and maintains digital customer records while providing administrative support for the Technical Service Center and Manufacturing & Industrial Sales Team. It handles billing for Oil and Gas customers in Colorado, Texas, West Virginia, New York, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. The role is remote but requires working Central Time hours, 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Key responsibilities include routine data maintenance across multiple systems, data entry into WM and customer billing portals, and quality‑assurance reviews of account setups. The employee prepares customized bills, system exports, and various correspondence, and generates volume and revenue reports for sales reps and customers. Additional duties involve supporting billing inquiries, maintaining both electronic and hard‑copy filing systems, and performing account reconciliations. • Conduct routine data maintenance across sales, web, landfill, Visor, and company landfill systems. • Enter data into WM systems. • Enter data into customer billing portals. • Perform quality‑assurance reviews of account setups. • Prepare customized bills, WM system exports, and correspondence as requested. • Generate volume and revenue reports for sales representatives and customers. • Support billing inquiries and create special bills when needed. • Maintain electronic and hard‑copy filing systems.

What You Bring

Applicants must reside and work in the United States, hold a High School Diploma or GED, and have at least one year of relevant experience. Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows is required. The role does not include supervisory responsibilities.
