About the Role

• Draft and negotiate purchase and sale agreements and closing documents for real estate transactions. • Manage title, survey, zoning, and land‑use diligence with title companies and outside counsel. • Draft and negotiate real estate leases and lease amendments, including related diligence. • Prepare transaction documents for acquisitions, such as purchase agreements and ancillary agreements. • Coordinate and manage outside counsel, consultants, and vendors to ensure efficient, cost‑effective execution. • Provide practical, business‑oriented legal advice on risk assessment and deal structure to operations and leadership teams. • Assist with post‑closing matters, including asset integration, title or survey issue resolution, and property management.

What You Bring

• Minimum of 3 years practicing attorney experience with a primary focus on real estate or acquisitions. • Experience handling complex real estate transactions, preferably involving industrial, mining, construction, or infrastructure assets. • Strong working knowledge of title, survey, zoning, land‑use, and environmental diligence. • Proven ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast‑paced operational environment. • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with a solution‑oriented approach. • Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership.
