HDR is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our Florida team on an exciting mega‑construction program for our valued client. The role will involve leading multiple construction projects, coordinating staff, and ensuring compliance with departmental standards while mentoring junior team members. • PE license (preferred) • Experience on FDOT or Florida Turnpike projects (strong plus) • Roadway/tollway construction experience • Bachelor’s degree in a related field • Minimum seven years of related experience • At least two years of project management experience • Strong organizational, project management and communication skills with ability to interact with design teams
