HCM Integration Analyst

About the Role

The role focuses on delivering solutions for Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Absence modules, working closely with capability leaders, product teams, and vendors to align roadmaps, gather requirements, and design functional solutions. • Analyze business requirements, perform feasibility checks, and propose solutions. • Collaborate with capability leaders and product teams to align roadmaps and end‑to‑end feature impact. • Produce functional design documents and set up product workshops. • Work with vendors to evaluate roadmap, new features, and conduct POCs. • Participate in vendor community to monitor product issues and solutions. • Classify data, assess risk, and enforce security strategies. • Apply HCM Extract, BIP Report, Fast Formulas, and REST APIs.

What You Bring

It requires a techno‑functional professional with 6‑10 years of experience in OTL and Absences, strong knowledge of time‑and‑attendance processes, Agile delivery, and proven stakeholder and matrix‑environment management. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Computer Science, possess Fusion HCM absence certification, be fluent in English, and submit an online application; the position remains open until filled. • Understand technical architecture and integrations of the HCM product. • Bring 6‑10 years of Oracle Fusion HCM Time and Absence experience, including OTL implementation for enterprise customers. • Demonstrate techno‑functional expertise, Agile methodology, design thinking, and stakeholder management. • Hold Fusion HCM Absence certification and a Bachelor’s degree in Science or Computer Science. • Exhibit strong communication, presentation, and collaborative skills; proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio. • Preferred: high attention to detail and strong time‑management abilities.
