About the Role
The Workplace Experience Coordinator supports the Workplace Experience Manager to ensure service excellence and an enhanced experience for building occupants. The ideal candidate excels in customer service, possesses strong local community knowledge, and can thrive in a fast‑paced environment. This role supports facilities management for a specific facility, campus, or set of buildings. The coordinator manages day‑to‑day people‑management duties for all Ambassadors, including scheduling, guidance, and performance expectations. They provide operational oversight of the Workplace Experience Program for assigned buildings and act as the primary escalation point for Ambassador and occupant concerns. Responsibilities also include cross‑training Ambassadors across conference spaces, concierge desks, and workstations to ensure uniform service. Additionally, they identify service gaps, collaborate on process improvements, and oversee space readiness and quality of service. The coordinator delivers high‑touch support to key stakeholders and VIPs, offering tools, information, wayfinding, and a warm welcome that leaves a professional first impression. They review quantitative and qualitative employee feedback to track themes and share insights with the manager. Proactively, they submit work orders for repairs, maintenance, or missing furniture before users are impacted. • Manage schedules, guidance, and performance of building Ambassadors. • Oversee Workplace Experience Program operations for assigned buildings. • Serve as primary escalation point for Ambassador and occupant concerns. • Cross‑train Ambassadors across conference spaces, concierge desks, and workstations. • Identify service gaps and implement process improvements with the manager. • Ensure space readiness and quality of service, especially in high‑traffic areas. • Provide high‑touch support to key stakeholders and VIPs, including wayfinding. • Welcome associates and guests to create a positive, professional first impression. • Analyze employee feedback to track trends and inform service enhancements. • Proactively submit work orders for maintenance and repairs before impact.

Benefits
Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $52,000 annually, with an hourly rate of $21.25 to $25.00 where applicable, and Cushman & Wakefield offers a comprehensive benefits package including health, vision, dental, flexible spending accounts, retirement plans, and life and disability insurance.
