About the Role
• Maintain office files, quantity calculations, and daily diaries. • Prepare daily reports and required contract documentation. • Conduct labor compliance interviews and maintain as‑built plans. • Identify potential conflicts, issues, and propose solutions to the supervisor. • Collect, review, and file certificates of compliance, MSDS, inspection tags, and material information. • Coordinate subconsultants for surveying and material testing. • Participate in developing job safety practices and preparing safety reports. • Contribute to quality control reports and procedures. • Report installed quantities to verify payment applications and change orders. • Respond to emergency callbacks on the project site.
