About the Role
The role is for a Senior Construction Estimator to support large‑scale construction projects and programmes. The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator with a strong record of accurate estimating, working with internal and external staff across multiple regions. Responsibilities include developing cost plans, presenting updates, coordinating staff, reviewing design changes, analyzing cost trends, supporting training, and delivering life‑cycle costing models, while adhering to SOX controls where required. • Develop cost plans and estimates from concept through detailed design across regions. • Present updated cost plans at design milestones. • Provide program‑level estimates for specific scopes of work. • Coordinate and supervise support staff. • Review design changes and new technologies, producing accurate estimates. • Analyze cost data from completed projects to drive cost model trends. • Evaluate cost effectiveness of alternate products and value‑engineering options. • Train development and external estimating teams on new tools/templates. • Prepare leadership presentations for client preconstruction and estimating teams. • Deliver life‑cycle costing models. • Adhere to applicable SOX control requirements.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in a construction‑related discipline and have 5‑7 years of experience in construction cost management roles such as Cost Manager or Quantity Surveyor. They must possess expertise in conceptual estimating, large‑scale project support, value engineering, and have excellent communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering or related field. • 5‑7 years of relevant construction cost management experience. • Experience as Cost Manager, Quantity Surveyor, Estimator, Cost Engineer, Project Engineer or similar. • Proven ability delivering conceptual and pre‑construction estimating services. • Experience supporting large‑scale construction projects and programs. • Strong knowledge of value management and value engineering. • Excellent communication skills.
