About the Role
The Curriculum and Instructional Designer is an individual contributor responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high‑quality learning experiences that support customer training, certification programs, and product education. This role partners with cross‑functional teams to create engaging, scalable solutions across digital, live, and blended formats aligned with organizational and customer goals. Key duties include managing curricula, coordinating program timelines and content updates, facilitating live and virtual sessions, creating instructional materials in various formats, supporting certification pathways, ensuring consistency and accessibility across platforms, and aligning all learning solutions with brand standards and strategic customer segments. • Design, develop, and maintain customer, certification, and product training curricula aligned with business goals. • Manage training programs, timelines, content updates, and stakeholder coordination. • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions and webinars for customers, agencies, and internal audiences. • Create instructional content across eLearning, presentations, guides, and sales enablement materials. • Develop and support certification programs, including eLearning modules, learning paths, and assessments with subject matter experts. • Design engaging digital learning experiences using best practices, emerging tools, and gamification strategies. • Ensure consistency, quality, and accessibility of training content across platforms and delivery channels. • Provide ongoing training support and contribute to continuous improvement of learning processes. • Align learning solutions with brand standards, product messaging, and strategic customer and agency segments.

What You Bring
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Experience Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and have at least three years of experience in instructional design or curriculum development. Required skills include proficiency with modern eLearning authoring tools, strong written and visual communication, project management in a fast‑paced environment, and familiarity with LMS platforms; preferred experience covers customer or product training, gamification, sales enablement, and professional certifications. • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Experience Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or learning and development. • Proficiency with modern eLearning authoring tools. • Experience facilitating live or virtual training sessions and webinars. • Strong written and visual communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. • Familiarity with LMS platforms and digital learning delivery methods. • Preferred: experience with customer or product training, certification programs, gamification, and sales enablement content. • Preferred: knowledge of emerging instructional design or digital learning tools. • Preferred: professional certification in instructional design or eLearning.
