About the Role
The Personal Assistant role supports senior sales leadership and the broader sales team with travel coordination, expense processing, event organization, and day‑to‑day administrative tasks. Based in Leatherhead, the position reports to the Senior Director of Business Development and works closely with the sales organization to ensure seamless operations. • Manage travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and visas. • Prepare and submit expense claims. • Support sales events, client meetings, and internal workshops. • Assist in preparing and formatting presentations. • Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings for the sales team. • Provide support to senior stakeholders or sales teams. • Maintain attention to detail, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
