About the Role
In this function, the operator will manage machine operation, ensure product quality, handle data entry, and support inventory and workplace cleanliness while performing additional duties as needed. • Troubleshoot machinery problems • Identify and tag tubs according to shop orders • Perform quality control and document parts run on machines • Retrieve and enter data into SAP • Inventory components and supplies to ensure efficient production • Maintain a clean work area and perform additional duties as assigned • Operate machinery and presses safely • Identify different gauges and raw material types • Stand continuously during shift

What You Bring
Basic qualifications require candidates to be within 50 miles of Reno, NV (except active‑duty military) and to be eligible to work without immigration sponsorship. No relocation assistance is provided. Preferred qualifications include experience in a manufacturing environment, at least six months operating forming or bending machines, reading drawings or blueprints, and using measuring tools to verify part specifications. Success in this role depends on safe machine operation, accurate reading of blueprints and gauges, proficient use of measuring devices, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision. Physical requirements include standing continuously, lifting and bending regularly, and routinely lifting up to 35 lb, with the use of required personal protective equipment. Working conditions involve exposure to temperature extremes when shipping doors are open and a fast‑paced environment that prioritizes safety. • Operate assigned machines and presses proficiently • Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Reno, NV (military personnel exempt); relocation assistance not offered • Experience in a manufacturing environment • Minimum six months operating forming or bending machines • Minimum six months reading drawings or blueprints • Experience verifying parts against specifications using measuring tools • Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings accurately • Accurately read tape measures, scales, and calipers • Work effectively as a team member with minimal supervision • Lift, bend, and regularly lift up to 35 lb (with accommodations as needed) • Exposure to cold/heat when shipping doors are open • Fast‑paced environment with safety priorities
