About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. Responsibilities include assessing customers’ storage needs, recommending and selling packing and moving supplies, conducting daily unit inspections, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections and maintain inventory availability. • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of time; climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning/maintenance.

What You Bring

Physical requirements involve lifting or moving items up to 35 lb, walking around facilities and spending up to 50 % of time outdoors, climbing stairs, opening large doors, and performing cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and maintaining curb appeal. Ideal candidates have customer‑service‑oriented sales experience from retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar service environments.
