Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, assess customers’ storage needs, suggest and sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. • Assess customer storage needs, sell packing supplies, and perform daily unit inspections • Audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and manage payment reminders and collections • Transport items up to 35 lb, walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of shift, climb stairs, open large doors, and perform cleaning/maintenance tasks

What You Bring

Candidates should have customer‑service sales experience in retail, restaurant, fast‑food or similar settings, possess a valid driver’s license, and use their own vehicle for travel (mileage reimbursement provided).
