About the Role

• Use own tool set to perform carpentry trades safely and maintain a clean worksite. • Fabricate, assemble, and disassemble formwork, including special forms and temporary support systems. • Place, vibrate, and finish concrete; construct MSE walls and apply curing compounds, epoxies, and other chemicals. • Operate generators, light plants, water pumps, compressors, and power tools; ensure proper fall protection. • Review operations, recommend improved traffic maintenance methods, and provide verbal and written status reports.

What You Bring

We are hiring hourly‑rated carpenters for our Nashville, TN location. The carpenter interprets basic engineering drawings to fabricate and secure lumber, steel and other elements, producing the structures required by the industry. The role requires a positive, dependable worker who follows company policies, works a flexible schedule and completes tasks in a timely, professional manner. • Possess high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of carpentry experience in construction. • Hold a valid driver’s license.
