Operate CNC machines, set up tooling, inspect parts, and maintain documentation.
Job Highlights
About the Role
• Follow process sheets, blueprints, and verbal/written instructions to set up and operate CNC machines. • Install, re‑cut, and secure chuck jaws; insert and secure tooling in machine turrets. • Download, upload, and make minor adjustments to CNC programs as needed. • Operate CNC lathes and mills to produce parts within tight tolerances and inspect work for correct dimensions. • Document work, inspect other machinists’ output, and enter data into the ERP system. • May operate multiple machines and rotate across departments, loading/unloading components up to 25 lb.

What You Bring
• Require at least two years of CNC lathe/mill experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and reliable attendance. • Proficient in reading English work instructions and blueprints; capable of basic math calculations. • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lb, stand for an entire shift, and perform moderate physical tasks.
