About the Role
As a Retail Merchandiser you will manage and display products for our retail customers, implementing plan‑ogram updates, stocking shelves, conducting surveys and audits, assisting with store remodels, and tagging items with security materials across a predetermined territory. You will service multiple locations on a recurring basis. You will report directly to a District Manager while working independently at retailer sites, giving you autonomy over daily tasks. The role blends independent work with team collaboration when projects require it. • Implement plan‑ogram updates and stock displays. • Conduct store surveys, audits, and product tagging with security materials. • Assist with store remodels and maintain product presentation. • Service multiple retailer locations within an assigned territory. • Report directly to a District Manager while working independently on‑site. • Communicate effectively with retail partners and team members. • Solve problems, make decisions, and manage time independently. • Utilize smartphone technology for scheduling, reporting, and expense tracking.
