About the Role
The position operates on a US shift and is responsible for Tier 2 Workforce Administration (WFA) functions. It involves specialty administrative and transaction‑processing activities that support employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, hiring vendors, and Centers of Excellence across the enterprise. Core duties include assisting with new hires, terminations, employment changes, verifications, and maintaining accurate employee records in the HR systems. In addition to HR processing, the role handles procurement tasks such as reviewing and validating purchase requisitions, generating purchase orders in line with procurement policies, and ensuring orders are correctly submitted to the appropriate suppliers. The incumbent contributes to the continuous improvement of internal HR processes, works within HRIS platforms like Workday and ServiceNow to resolve issues, and creates or updates standard operating procedures to enhance service quality and compliance. • Process Tier 2 HR transactions (new hires, terminations, changes, verifications) and maintain employee data in HR systems. • Generate and validate purchase requisitions and purchase orders in compliance with procurement policies. • Resolve HRIS issues using Workday and ServiceNow, ensuring timely support for employees and managers. • Achieve transaction KPIs and adhere to the Case Management Framework and SOX controls. • Conduct data‑entry audits and uphold data‑protection standards for confidential employee information. • Develop and update SOPs and work instructions for HR processes. • Provide transactional support for bulk job requisition creation, validation, and approval. • Identify and implement process‑improvement opportunities across HR operations. • Participate in regional and global HR projects and support new team members.

What You Bring
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a shared‑services environment, with at least 2–3 years of hands‑on Workday administration. Familiarity with e‑procurement systems (e.g., Oracle, Ariba) and the ability to collaborate in a team‑oriented setting are essential, as is flexibility to support US market hours. • Bring 2‑5 years HR shared‑services experience, 2‑3 years hands‑on Workday expertise, and knowledge of e‑procurement tools (Oracle/Ariba).
