About the Role

• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, serving as primary contact within the contract management plan. • Identify process shortcomings and apply change‑management programs to improve them. • Support drafting and evaluating engineering standards and specifications under senior guidance. • Provide support and advice for knowledge‑management systems. • Assist senior colleagues in managing client and customer relationships using sales/client systems. • Independently collate and analyze data using predefined tools and formats. • Develop personal capabilities through assessments, training, accreditation, and staying current with technology and regulations. • Research and recommend technical improvements for websites, portals, or software infrastructure. • Define and deliver products and services that meet customer needs within established systems. • Conduct research activities to support project or role requirements. • Support technical troubleshooting to quickly identify and resolve equipment or experiment issues.
