• Perform inspections to verify construction adheres to approved codes, laws, ordinances, regulations, and standards. • Verify that construction complies with approved construction documents. • Read, research, and objectively interpret code requirements. • Maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive records of inspection activities. • Review complex engineering documents to ensure construction compliance. • Interface with project managers, engineers, and clients through meetings and daily site interaction.

What You Bring
We are seeking a qualified Construction Inspector to perform inspection services for industrial and energy projects in and around Sacramento, CA. Candidates must be local and able to travel to project sites. • Minimum 5 years of experience inspecting energy generation, transmission, or heavy industrial projects. • Familiarity with California adopted codes (preferred). • International Code Council (ICC) Combination Building Inspector certification (a plus). • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Benefits
The position offers a pay range of $60.00 to $750.00 per hour, with base pay adjusted for knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
