About the Role
The role requires operating water trucks, dump trucks, haul trucks, and tractor‑trailers/lowboys according to project needs, following prescribed safety regulations, maintaining a clean and orderly work area, performing routine maintenance (lubricating, fueling, cleaning), monitoring equipment for malfunctions, and adhering to work plans and pre‑task cards. The operator must build effective relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and organizational levels and perform any other duties assigned. • Operate water trucks, dump trucks, haul trucks, and tractor‑trailers/lowboys as project requires. • Follow safety regulations, work plans, and pre‑task cards; maintain a clean, orderly work area. • Perform routine maintenance such as lubricating, fueling, cleaning, and monitor equipment for malfunctions. • Build and maintain effective relationships with diverse team members and stakeholders.

What You Bring
Qualified candidates should have related construction experience (preferred), a current driver’s license with the proper classification and endorsements, strong teamwork orientation, a positive attitude, professional customer‑service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, load charts, and basic math. They must also be capable of repetitive hand, arm, and leg movements, lift up to 50 lb (over 50 lb with assistance), work independently, and communicate effectively. Visa sponsorship is not offered; applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
