What You Bring
We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to guide our Road Maintenance crew in Broadford. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys outdoor work, leads teams to success, and prioritises workplace safety. • Demonstrate road maintenance experience and proven ability to lead or supervise small to mid‑sized civil maintenance teams, plan works, and engage effectively with the public. • Hold a valid Construction White Card and Heavy Vehicle Licence. • Understand VicRoads section 750 requirements. • Exhibit strong planning, scheduling, and crew oversight skills, with confident use of Microsoft Office.
