About the Role
Payroll Advisor • Bangalore. The role focuses on U.S. payroll, accurately processing regular, off‑cycle, and special payroll runs while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will ensure weekly, bi‑weekly and semi‑monthly payroll is accurate and timely for U.S. employees across North America. Responsibilities include complex analysis of payroll frameworks, using Workday, Oracle HCM, timing tools and government regulations, applying deep knowledge of payroll flows, time‑and‑attendance impacts, and tax calculations, troubleshooting issues, identifying process‑improvement opportunities, and reconciling multiple payrolls simultaneously.

What You Bring
