About the Role

You will be responsible for generating interest in the community by conducting tours, answering questions about amenities and the surrounding area, and highlighting the lifestyle offered by our apartments. You will also qualify prospects by gathering necessary information, initiating background checks, and ensuring each unit is ready for move‑in while handling the associated paperwork. Delivering unmatched service to residents is essential for maintaining retention, and you will work toward occupancy and rent‑growth goals by building rapport with both prospects and current tenants. • Highlight community lifestyle to drive leasing sales. • Collect applicant information and initiate background checks. • Prepare apartments for move‑in and coordinate rental paperwork. • Provide exceptional service to retain residents. • Meet occupancy and rent‑growth targets. • Follow company policies and meet deadlines. • Stand, walk, and navigate stairs for extended periods.

What You Bring
