About the Role

The CNC Operator is responsible for running CNC machines to manufacture high-quality parts while complying with safety, ISO, quality, and housekeeping standards. The role requires a blend of computer, machinery, and product-creation expertise. A typical day includes reading calipers and CNC print drawings with tolerance to .000, completing quality and daily inspection forms, and using hand tools such as air guns, wrenches, and drill presses. • Operate CNC machines to produce parts meeting safety, ISO, quality, and housekeeping standards. • Complete quality forms and daily inspection paperwork. • Use hand tools (air guns, wrenches, drill press) as required. • Calculate material-appropriate speeds and feeds. • Validate machine programs and work instructions before machining. • Document work actions via work order routings. • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment to meet shifting production demands. • Report issues promptly to management. • Achieve established production goals while following safety policies. • Operate FANUC and Mazak controlled CNC equipment. • Apply strong math skills for precise dimension entry. • Analyze blueprints and technical documents to ensure product compliance. • Utilize computer software to control CNC machinery. • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment problems.

What You Bring
